Irrelevant. I want to see higher quality photos / videos. This is assuming those were submarines to begin with. IF the allegations are true then we both know photographic / video evidence exists. The next question is, how does one show in a photo or video of a submarine being 'forced' to surface? As one here pointed out, the sub commander may have surfaced on purpose to show peaceful intent. Next, have there been any official press releases from either side about this?
What do you mean irrelevant? Whoever toss this out in public in trying to make a statement.
If you can't draw a conclusion because you feel the picture is fuzzy then just say you don't know or not sure instead of making a judgement.

Is there any chance that China can send some quick help to Indonesia or are they too far to come in time?

The BBC reports that (if not sunk already) the missing Indonesian submarine has only 72 hrs before the crew runs out of oxygen

^The "rough men" Orwell was talking about when he said we all sleep peacefully only because they are ready to do violence on our behalf. And the sacrifices people make to serve their country. They were putting their lives and health on the line to serve and it seems like fate/death came a little earlier for them. Assuming they're dead, I really hope it was quick and painless. RIP, brave mariners. And I would say this about sailors from any nation.

It's far from China navy base, closer to Australia. Indonesia didn't ask for China's help either. Hard to say anything can be done at this point.

Chinese navy base in Hainan is more than 3,500km away from Bali. Too far for a submarine rescue ship, even if they sail at top speed it still takes 4 or 5 days to reach there, the oxygen supply for the submarine is expected to run out in the early morning this Saturday according to a news report.
