At PDF they say that there will be a fleet review by president Xi Jinping.

I'm not sure how to link twitter, but one of the pics from dafeng cao shows 10 Chinese aegis all docked together. I did not expect China to actually pull major combatants from NSF and ESF for this parade. Xi attending should be all but assured. 10/12 aegis simultaneously operating also shows a very high degree of readiness and capable maintenance of the PLAN.
