I think that means Type 054B and Type 056

Is that that they will build the type 003 or has construction began already?
If construction has began is the type 003 the same class as the type 002 or is it a CVN?

I think by 002 he meant the one without catapult (001A). 003 is 002. I don't think any of these designations are official, it's all assigned by observers which can get inconsistent
