these Chinese Y-8 EWs just pop up weekly, don't they?

If you check huitong's website, I'm getting confused by all the Y-8 EWs. This one hasn't even been listed. Apparently, this is already certified for naval service.

The latest one is up on huitong's website. It's under the "Y-8 ELINT."

That's a beauty. Is it real or fan art? It makes me wonder because recently there was all those articles about the Chinese Su-32 version being close to production.

...very real...build in the LEGO factories...first prototype just taked of outside the LEGOLAND...;)

man...i got to buy that set.:D
the aircraft resembles a su-34 and jh-7 hybrid. not to unrealistic, unlike some j-xx or j-10 pics.

just wondering in some magazine it show a j-10a with twin engine, but that is a computer art, and my question is that did they have intitial plan for j-10a to be twin engine???

i dont think the pla ever planned the j-10 to have two engines. the airframe would be too hard to modify to fit two intakes and engines. i think talk of a twin engine j-10c is bullshit and china would just design a new fighter.
