The 2 missiles on displayed are same model and same size but at different angle from the camera. The cause of the "size difference" is due to wide angle lens was choosen.The placard says JK-2 series, meaning it's a family of missiles/variants that fall under the same designation. This is also borne out by the fact that right next to the placard, there are two models of JK-2 missiles on display, and one is significantly more sizable than the other.
