Did we do analysis on the Northrop B-21 pseudo-reveal vs the Chinese H-20 pseudo-reveal?

When it comes to the B-21, it's obvious that there's a shaped nosecone that might contain a large AESA radar...

You really want to discuss certain details from this CG and deduct already such details like wider cockpit, larger bay, missing AESA???

Come on, this is nothing but a placeholder.

Except the placeholder, in general, seems to match other rumored pictures of the H-20.

Put another way, the cheap and easy way for AVIC to run a placeholder is just to get a B-2 model and stuff the B-2 model under a virtual tarp. But there seems to be enough accuracy in the placeholder that we can attempt to deduce some facts from it.

Also, when I bring up AESA, the point is that the B-21 is going to be a stealth EODAS or AESA AEW&C. Since it's wide-band stealth, on EODAS mode it's essentially undetectable except by very low-band radars. The H-20, ideally, should be getting similar capabilities.

The purpose of the B-21 is not to be an updated B-2. The advances are under the skin and there is nothing much to gain in terms of insight from its speculated external form. Roper has stated the B-21 will be a new generation of sensing, computing, targeting and processing information. It is all about spectrum domination if the platform is to penetrate a dense environment. Translated it would mean technological emphasis like cognitive EW; adaptive receivers; embedded antennas; algorithm driven sensing, AI supported BMC2; next level sensor fusion and IR suppression.

This is a thread on the H-20. Please don't drag the B-21 into the picture as they are different developments.

Allegedly a screen capture of a now deleted post from AVIC's official Weibo account. Allegedly. It was meant as an encouragement to those who are taking the annual college entrance exam.

@Inst, note the fish (Asian carps). Do you think this means H-20 will be capable of submerging itself underwater to launch surprise attacks? Or maybe the fish scales hint at a new stealth technology. H-20 could be covered with tiles made of metamaterials, meaning it can cloak itself like Romulan warbirds. How interesting, don't you think?

I think we may see some interesting premieres in 2021, it's a special anniversary for China (100 years). Let's hope for some pics of H-20 or at least J-35.

I mean the obvious symbolism of the carp is obvious; the carp represents hard work and perseverance, qualities needed to succeed in a grinding East Asian educational system. The myth of the Li fish jumping the Dragon Gate should be well known.

So nice try at a sarcastic troll.

Main point is that there were several CG models of what the H-20 purportedly looked like. The rough shaping of the H-20 through the tarp matches the double delta flying wings, ironically. Most of the CG models, likewise, tend to propose a small radar, which basically goes to my point of the B-21 seemingly more optimized for the AEW&C role.

10 years China?? ... you mean the founding of the CCP on 23. July 1921?

Maybe China has successfully developed H-20 but China doesn't show it. The engine problem is the smoke bomb.
