"At an altitude of 4,500 meters, a new fully automatic staple food processing vehicle that can be fully maneuvered and deployed on all terrains was unveiled at the plateau training ground of the Qinghai-Tibet Military Station of the Tibet Military Region. The truck can provide its own flour, water and oil for 7 days, and it can produce 1,200 bread per hour with only one person operating it. With it, the officers and soldiers stationed in the field can also eat freshly baked buns. (On the importance of logistics, the logistics of the third brother next door is simply terrible)"

For those who don't know, "third brother" 三哥 refers to the Indians. From what I'm seeing on Indian Defense Forum, the culinary condition of the Indian Army in Tibet is subpar mostly due to the fact that all equipment and supplies have to be carried manually up to their bases and outposts from base camp as virtually no roads exist at all.

I wonder, if China decided to release big budget Call of Duty style game about war with US and invading Taiwan will they face boycott in the West? If US could fantasize about war with Russia and China on games like Call of Duty and Battlefield without being accused of spreading propaganda why can't China do the same thing?

China has a bunch of old people in the higher-ups who are against many things jingoist like. Many Chinese war movies that we have today like wolf warrior and such almost didn't make it out as some in the government were against it. Though with today's climate and the abundance of sinophobia going around, this might be changing soon as we are heading to the future. They might start allowing more of these types of things to come out as a form of soft power. A good example would be their China Hero Project that includes AAA games from China. A good one is Boundary, which is basically CoD in space made by China.

is that a downed Osprey to the right of the destroyed M60?
Osprey trying to take Tsai to safety ?

Yes, I think.

There is also Blackhawk or Z-20, getting shot down in the upper right.
Anyway, this artistic image give us some insight about PLA toys in modern battlefield

The person kneeling down with their hands up beside the Type 99 looks like Tsai Ing Wen (round glasses) in military gear. The PLA soldier is taking a photo of the person with his smart device likely for identification and relaying information. With the downed osprey in the background and PLA giving water to a man in pilot gear in the foreground, this looks like it is depicting a failed evacuation attempt by an external force. She would likely be evacuated first to one of the Southern Okinawa islands (closest being 160km from Taipei) or a US Navy ship. Later hoping to establish a government in exile.
