Other than the "Amry will be getting new boots this year!!" jokes - Well, I do believe we need to do some justice for the PLAGF as well, lol.
While the PLAAF will be getting their next-gen bombers and the PLAN will be getting their next-gen aircraft carrier - For starters, the PLAGF will be waiting for their next-gen main battle tanks, apart from the IFVs that they just got their hands on recently, plus the incoming next-gen heavy attack helicopter.
Beyond the above, the PLAGF is also working on what I can sum up below:

In fact, China is the only country in the world right now that has both mastered and deployed the latest (4th-gen) MRLS. The PLAGF is literally "HGV-izing" their MRLS. @深秋不是鸡腿子 on Bilibili provided a pretty throughout explanation on the matter:
So, yeah - The PLAGF do be getting their own new toys.
(Though, if only we can also have some kind of 1000-1500 kilometer-range MRLS that can flood the skies across the Tibetan Plateau and/or the Sea of Japan
on the cheap... But, that's probably going to need a long while.)
