Indeed. The article is more focused on using AI to design weapons, but what caught my eye was their pistol-sized coil gun which had so much energy output.
Could see it scaled up in a rifle size and have it punch bullets to walls and destroying them.
Ultimately make it a bit bigger, and with armour-piercing bullet and have it as an anti-tank weapon. Can't wait to see more developments on this
