Looks more like a PS or a kitbash. Also note the barrel length and lack of trigger. Would be interesting if the carbine version was bullpup layout and parts interchangeable with the conventional layout version, though.
I agree I came to the same conclusion but i did because it’s missing some critical parts

It's the upper receiver of an 191 with an AR handle, a 5.45 polymer mag and a front grip attached to the handguard. It's fun, isn't anything beyond that.

It’s missing a trigger, trigger extension arm, trigger guard,
but pad, Rear sight that could be seen though.
Farther more becuse we don’t know about the internal operating group we don’t know if the rifles stock could be removed.

Probably 3D printed. We already have images of models of the weapon made that way. A upper receiver hand guard and barrel merged with a AR carry Handle and pistol grip. Probably taken from an airsoft gun as the CQ uses a unique pistol grip of it’s own. The “Weapon” lacks a trigger, magazine release, trigger guard and the ejection port looks is missing to or it’s made of the same material as the rest of the upper. Conveniently the model has his hands covering the most obvious missing parts.
Speaking of the model.
The “Uniform” lacks any identifying makings. Your earlier display probably even used the back of that shirt as the background.

Why is everyone over analyzing it? It is literally someone messing around putting parts of different weapons and accessories together for a bit of fun. There is no analysis or speculation to be made.

It’s not even the real weapon. It’s a fake. Someone is trying to pass it off as the real deal. That’s why the analysis. To Debunk it.
