They know Deino is reading their Weibo so they are trolling Deino.
While I expect the PLA 6th gen to likely be tailless, that specific art is just the Lockheed Martin ICE (Innovative Control Effectors) concept from the 1990s.

Wang Haifeng wrote the article though. There is a good chance he’ll pursue something similar. Rumor has it he will be the Chief Designer for the Sixth Gen.
For those who don't know, Wang Haifeng is the Chief Designer of the J-10C and also the Deputy Chief Designer of the JF-17, J-10A/B/S and J-20.
Given his wealth of experiences and knowhow, I'd say that he's got a pretty big chance to gain command-type position(s) for the development of China's 6th-gen warplanes (i.e. not limited to fighters).

As I said, I expect the PLA next gen fighter to be tailless. And we have evidence and papers of studies into them.
But that diagram is very much not PLA related.
