Order of the Cloud and Banner ID

This is my first post on your forums, and I need some help!

A while ago I obtained some sort of medal.

Pictures:





All I have been able to find so far is that it has something to do with the Order of the Cloud and Banner, and that it was awarded for contribution to national security.

The serial number is 1359.

I posted this on a german forum a while ago, and someone said it was from 1960's-1970's, third class.

If any of you could provide me with more information I would really appreciate it.

Don't know why someone would tell you its from the 60s unless it is the person who received it. That medal was mostly given out in the 30s and 40s during the war. Not the highest honour, but it is not low either. Think only like 50 people ever got this, so it would be pretty valuable.
