Sir,would You please take a little glance?

These is NOT a commercial advertisement for these 9 airship and their manufacturer company.Basically these 9 airship company are competitor to each other,a commercial advertisemen should market for just ONE specific brand and sale for ONE specific airship. It is difficult to merchandise for 9 mutual competitive company simultaneously.

.....While each of the above missions requires a somewhat different suite of mission equipment, all the missions benefit from the airship's unique capability to remain on station, or cruise on patrol, for extended periods before having to land to refuel.
The American Blimp Corporation SPECTORTM Series of airships will carry sophisticated payloads for each of the above missions (or multi-mission suites), and cruise at 40 ktas, or 74 kph (46 mph), for over 24 hours with reserve fuel remaining. SPECTORTM airships can fly at altitudes up to 1500 m (4921 ft), with more than 1 metric tonne (2200 lb) available for mission crew and payload......

.....The sophisticated technology of our new Aeros aerostats and airships provide for an outstanding airborne surveillance-gathering platform or for use in transport operations of tactile military maneuvers. Regardless your mission objective, Aeros will modify or design an aerostat or airship to your requirements and specifications, without compromise.
Our versatile aerostats and airships can be modified to meet a wide range of specific needs dependant on your scope of operation requirements. Aeros' experience and expertise enable us to design, manufacture, develop and deliver to your specifications, from complete electronic and surveillance system design and installation to testing and integration.....

Darpa Walrus

.....Aeros completed activities on the DARPA Walrus program in September and were successful in achieving the program objectives.
The starting goals were to develop and evaluate a very large airlift vehicle concept designed to control lift in all stages of air or ground operations including the ability to off-load payload without taking on-board ballast other than surrounding air. In distinct contrast to earlier generation airships, the Walrus aircraft is a heavier-than-air vehicle that generates lift through a combination of aerodynamics, thrust vectoring and gas buoyancy generation and management. Aeros proof-of-concept technology demonstrations included their unique integrated buoyancy management system that provides a new and revolutionary approach to vehicle lift generation and control.

.....This unique aircraft was designed for a military application, in which containers of supplies were to be airlifted into combat zones where there were no existing airfields.
The HRPV has vectoring winglets/propulsors which enable it to both take-off and land steeply. Ground contact is made with the four inflated bumpers. On contact, the payload is dropped and the craft lifts rapidly on its return to the supply field......

5.DPD-5000
manufacturer reference website webpage:
www dot rosaerosystems dot pbo dot ru/english/products/dpd_5000 dot html
.....The main concepts of the modern airship building are realized in the DPD 5000 airship design. They include vertical and short takeoff and landing, flight without lifting gas consumption, propellers thrust vector control in a vertical plane, possibility of parking both on ground and water, and on specially prepared natural spots, application of an auxiliary rudder engine, use of modern materials and onboard equipment.
The DPD-5000 is a semi-rigid airship. The airship construction includes the main means of ground basing and a mooring complex. The airship envelope has a three-part shape formed by an internal catenary belts system. It is made out of domestic multi-layer fabric on a synthetic basis with a cover on titanium dioxide basis. Presumably, the envelope resource will constitute 2,000 hours with a possibility of subsequent exploitation of it in accordance with the technical condition. The envelope material is translucent for radio waves.....

6.Dynalifter Ohio

.....In 2003, the US Military established a specific need for ultra-large, hybrid airships. The primary purpose for such a vehicle would be cargo delivery from “fort to fight”, or directly from the continental US to wherever a conflict arises. This would eliminate a response gap of one week in the event of a global military emergency. During the last two major conflicts, a military buildup time of over one month was necessary because of the slow speed of Navy supply ships. The military publicly admits that its primary constraint is the speed and cost of logistics. Dynalifter® Freighters could change this fact. OAI has conducted formal briefings at the Pentagon for DARPA, the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army Logistics, Air Force Futures, Air Force Procurement, Army Procurement, and NATO regarding Dynalifter capabilities and company progress. OAI is working with Agilecast, Inc., a company whose core competency is “Proposing New Technologies to the Military”, to receive government funding for the development and production of a heavy-lift Dynalifter prototype......

.....The Lockheed Martin High Altitude Airship (HAATM), an unmanned lighter-than-air vehicle, will operate above the jet stream in a quasi-geostationary position to deliver persistent station keeping as a surveillance platform, telecommunications relay, or a weather observer.
This updated concept of a proven technology takes lighter-than-air vehicles into a realm that gives users capabilities on par with satellites at a fraction of the cost. In position, an airship would survey a 600-mile diameter area and millions of cubic miles of airspace......

8.Polar 400
manufacturer reference website webpage:
www dot blackwaterusa dot com/airship/
.....Blackwater Airships LLC was established in January 2006 as the newest Blackwater venture -- with a mission to build a remotely piloted airship vehicle (RPAV). Although seemingly different from the traditional Blackwater mission, this new venture to provide a persistent surveillance capability is fully consistent with the Blackwater goal of offering solutions which help to protect our forces wherever they are deployed and support our homeland security.
The Blackwater Airships team completed design work at the end of 2006 and is now building the Polar 400 airship. This highly capable RPAV will provide a platform ready to accomodate a wide variety of state-of-the-art surveillance, communications and detection equipment that can record and store events and downlink them in real-time to ground operators. The make-up of the mission payload of up to 400 lbs will be determined by customer requirements -- whether for combat areas, port or border security, or coastal patrol.....

Almost all of these airship are designed to work at close frontline area.Like close frontline radar alert or close frontline transport.Hence they might be the first unit who detect a hostile target or the lead transport to a hostile area, they are all unarmed,i don't know why?
