At this point I don’t think we can rule out the possibility that this is a fc-31 2.0, after all we’ve seen a prototype with grey livery flying around for years. It’s a bit too blurry to say for sure

That's a J-31, not J-35.

Apparently, the steps on the boarding ladder are 3D printed to save weight.
