To me it all looks pretty regular. Nose cone seems the same, pitot tube is there too. Wingtip missile is PL-8, suggesting the old style pylon. Engine could also be AL-31, though with this latest WS10 variant having similar nozzle length to AL-31, it's really too hard to tell. Doesn't seem to be the extra beefy front LG strut present either, so it does look like a regular J-15 to me.

This is another surprise :-o ... so far J-15s have only been seen with numbers between 01 and 24 after the Batch 01 & 02 aircraft have been renumbered and no. 31-35 for the latest Batch 03, this J-15 however clearly carries the no. 62.

Well, first we should get more and clearer images so we can confirm it's not someone's joke, meaning a PSed image. Unlike the above 33 image, for example, this 62 one is of very poor quality, with visible image artifacts, making it easier to hide a PSed job underneath it all.
Well I found the original video and it really was 62. It‘s from an official news report.

Are there examples of Chinese forces going with non clearly defined numbers for two or more different units?
Meaning, could perhaps regiment/brigade/unit 1 have numbers 1 through 24.
Then unit 2 have numbers 31 to 54?
Then unit 3 with numbers 61 to 84?
Or are the examples which would indicate the following kind of distribution:
Unit one with numbers 1 through 24
Unit two with numbers 25 through 48
Unit three with numbers 49 through 72?
Or are there examples with absolutely no clear delineation between units, like this:
Unit 1 with 1 through 24
Unit 2 with 27 through 50
Unit 3 with 59 through 82?
I am sure there are many more other options possible as well.

The J-15 looks like it’s carrying a decent amount of ordnance. I have been studying PLA munitions furiously - but I was wondering if someone could help to identify what it’s carrying?
(apologies if this request is “low-effort”, if so let me know and I’ll just shut up and study in future)
