I really think it wouldnt make much of a difference to the world order we have today. The Chinese however would be far les imperialistic, since, they dont have imperialism the same way build inside there culture as the "west"(USA)does. I think the Chinese would be the leading nation in space exploration. In that world USA would have collapced mostly to civil problems, and whites would make les than 10% of the world population, becoming a minority like the (american)indians and the aboriginals. Taiwan would be reunited with the mainland, and Korea and Japan woul both have WMD:s, so China wouldnt even try to go after them. India would counterballanche Chinas power in Asia, but they would have setled there border disputes and still be relatively good friends. The islamic world and the "west" would both be broke, and Russia collapced pretty much the same time as America. Instead of the UN there would be a new "international congress of humanity" located in neutral Tokyo. China, India, Mexico and Nigeria(head of the African union)would be the four leading economic powers, but the EU would still have a lot of saying in the world affairs. The world would be relatively peacufull because the spread of WMD:s(countries wouldnt dare to start new wars because of MAD) Practicly it would a world lead by Asians, with a declining Europe and US. Basicly nations would expand to space instead of fighting with one another.
