Way too small for it, IMO.
The point or center of the bulb is at the lower side of the bulb which is a good indication that this is for a warship. In a commercial ship, the center of the bulb tends to be on the high side of the bulb.

Well, compare that photo with the this photo showing the size of the bulb of the unfinished ulyanovsk carrier (which probably is the same size of 003). One seems way bigger than the other.

The Ulyanovsk, like the Kuznetsov, would have had a bow sonar, something not common to most carriers and thus require a different shaped bow.

You'd be better off looking at the QE or Ford's bow or even CV-17's bow.

That depends. This one is for CVN-77 by the way.
