1.) Below is the selected topic why covid suddenly jumped to Iran after China and specifically to the holy city of Qom. Take note this happed in Feb-March 2020. Just a month a before, the Iranian top general with several Iranian and Iraqi officials were murdered in broad daylight. This is really the oddball of this whole covid saga. If you really want to damage Iran, take out their top military leadership and also their top cleric leadership - since they are the ones who held true power in Iran.

“As the coronavirus gradually began to spread beyond China’s own borders, another development occurred that greatly multiplied my suspicions. Ron Unz– Well, it’s certainly an *extremely* odd coincidence for those who claim the global Covid outbreak was caused by an accidental, random lab-leak of a virus in Wuhan, China.

Iran is on the other side of the world from China, and very few Chinese visit the Holy City of Qom. So it’s extremely strange that the Covid virus would have jumped so extremely quickly from a Wuhan lab-leak to Iran’s top political leadership, which suffered the next major outbreak.

A few weeks afterward, the third major world outbreak began in Northern Italy, but 200,000 Chinese live and work in that region, and many had just returned from their Lunar New Year holiday in China. The Chinese population in Qom is absolutely negligible by comparison. The Italian outbreak makes perfectly logical sense while the one in Qom does not.

None of this constitutes proof, but it raises huge doubts about the likelihood of the random lab-leak hypothesis. By contrast, the deliberate release of a viral bioweapon seems a much more plausible explanation of both these outbreaks.

America has the world’s largest and most comprehensive biowarfare program, and America’s two leading international adversaries—China and Iran—were almost simultaneously hit by a mysterious, deadly virus. Suspicion seems to point in a pretty obvious direction.

Yes the rapid spread of Covid-19 in Iran, even among its leaders is very suspicious. Some might argue why didn't the US release onto Russia? Well the American right-wing neocons actually consider Russia a 'Christian European' country to recruit against China and the other enemies. So it makes sense from that point of view.

Blaming China for the origin of Covid-19 also serves as a convenient and nefarious way to isolate China from its allies. During the early stage of Covid-19 outbreaks between Russia and China, the two countries had a minor spat on who brought the virus. Some Iranians and Pakistanis also blamed China early in the pandemic for the virus causing deaths in their countries. Ultimately China still managed to sort out its differences among its allies, and so the US efforts failed. But the US still had the West, and the rest of the free world to influence. So that is unfortunately working very well.

If the US did unleash the Covid-19 virus onto China and Iran. There is almost no investigations going on about how they actually did it. There was the story of the 'sick' US soldiers during the Wuhan 2019 military games, but nothing more came out of it. Iran is even more mysterious.

Since you had linked the creation of SARS Cov-2 with Gilead. It got me thinking if Remdesivir was used on intentionally infected individuals to help suppress the sickness of Covid-19. (Remdesivir certainly worked very well for Donald Trump.) Those individuals could have been the soldiers sent to Wuhan. They may have been infected with Covid-19 and administered Remdesivir unknowingly. They may not have felt any sickness, or just suffered mild symptoms. But were nevertheless, acting as asymptomatic human superspreaders. That'll leave very little for China to trace. As for Iran, it could well be some internal agents, since Iran has been well infiltrated by Mossad and the CIA.

It's just my own speculative conspiracy theory.

People love stories, especially conspiracy stories. Cold War contributed immensely to movies, TVs and novels. "Virus War" fits the same bill. Otherwise, the world would be really boring.

The story from Mr. Unz, is one of the best I have ever read. I like stories, and he has at least three of them.

All of Ron Unz writing on these topics, a far better story with actual facts and real connections, compared to the B-movie script we are seeing from the American authorities.
