Unless they can lower the payload cost significantly it won’t be economically feasible.
When something like the Tengyun project gets up and running in scale, payload cost will likely become magnitudes cheaper than current (including vs SpaceX).

(Although not unlikely to happen before the 2050s, positive timeline would be 2040s).
