Hydrogen is huge in China. Or at least it will be. The investment into these projects are enormous.
When something like the Tengyun project gets up and running in scale, payload cost will likely become magnitudes cheaper than current (including vs SpaceX).
(Although not unlikely to happen before the 2050s, positive timeline would be 2040s).
