The designation does not match current Chinese HSR train designation conventions. You’d only see CR### on the Fuxing series and the 380 number on the Hexie series which starts with CRH, and these three digit numbers are named based on the designed speed (CRH380 = 380km/h, CR400 = 400 km/h). Also, no non-maglev train in the world has been able to reach 600 km/h as its operating speed, designed speed, or record speed. The current record is 603 km/h held by Japan’s L0 series maglev Shinkansen even though its designed speed was 505 km/h. CRRC has showcased a 600 km/h maglev train but it was only unveiled back in 2021, internally designated as CRRC 600.

Okay, after doing some searching, I think I found what you’re talking about: CRH380AM-0204 (also known as CIT500 or CRH500).

Currently, it serves as a Comprehensive Inspection Train after it fulfilled its purpose as an experimental train in an attempt to break a world record. Only its bogies was able to reach 605 km/h on a test bed but not the train itself.
