I mean I can confirm from the picture that this boat does not have the 039C sail for one. It looks identical to the 039B standard (which is different from 039A too). Nor does it have the more pronounced dorsal spine on top of t the hull.

Bruh whats the point of covering the front to hide the torpedo tubes when it there is a very obvious outline of 6 torpedo tubes.

It is probably just decorative. 6 torpedo tubes is pretty much the standard for Chinese built subs.

For example look at the French launch of the Suffren. It isn't for concealing the tubes for certain because the second photo exists too.
