Unlike a tank or an APC, there's no armour plating behind the netting so it will not be effective, as FPV munitions is usually contact fused. Ideally they are not used too close to the front and used as supply runners. There's at least 20+ videos of those vehicles getting hit by FPV floating around.

Thailand's Defense Technology Institute (DTI) hands over CS/AH2 light howitzer prototypes to the army for field testing, which is to last one year. The 105 mm CS/AH2 was developed with technology transfer from the Chinese defence firm Poly Technologies.
