China becoming the loyal customer of Russia's natural resources and food stocks, alongside being a reliable supplier of high tech equipment and machineries should be few of the many returns that Russia can earn from China.

I'm expecting more special mission aircraft and drone platforms that are capable of conducting surveillance, reconnaissance, maritime patrol and intelligence gathering.
Fighters and bombers would then follow suit, IMO.

Now that China is able to use the Vladivostok route from Dongbei and bypass the entire Korean Peninsula, JSDF and USFJ locations located as far north as Misawa and Chitose are now within the range of regular, consistent PLA intel gathering and war deterrence patrol efforts.
This can be further expanded into the Sea of Okhotsk and the Northwestern Pacific, which would be crucial to cover northern Japan by circling around Hokkaido's north.
Plus, with the proper mid-air refueling and/or basing support made available over/at the Sea of Japan, Sakhalin, Sea of Okhotsk, the Kurils and/or even Kamchatka, this further opens up the viability of conducting regular intel gathering and patrol missions along the Alaskan coastline.
Perhaps this is what the USAF commander was actually referring to several weeks ago...
