I don't see any PLA livery. Is it in service?

hints that good progress has been made in its development, which has been "recognized by clients". A modified variant has also been built based on "client requirements". The article doesn't specify who the clients are, but it implies that there is at least some foreign interest. Not sure about domestic interests though. All in all, it doesn't appear to be service. Not really a surprise since its first flight took place only two years ago.

I think it is exclusively for export.

I think it might see PLA service. It is a jet powered, decent-sized and reduced-signature UAV. Considering that it is advertised for SEAD and ASuW roles, I think it has some sort of ESM/ECM suite and radar too. Or at least is capable of accommodating such systems. The lack of humans on board makes it somewhat disposable. Might be usable in many scenarios.

Some screen captures of Ziyan's production facility and its Blowfish rotary UCAVs.
