Indeed they have been doing an exercise in changing pennant numbers of ships currently in service. The picture is not clear so I cannot give any answer to your question.

#792 is the first 7XX I come across via your posting, it was a surprise to me. I will wait for more new pennant numbers to appear, especially for all type 815 and its variants, so just wait see.
