What's with the lag?

A cost effective vehicle mounted ATGM system. This isn't a missile per se, but a set of sensors, communications, and guidance/control sub-systems that can be retrofitted onto various vehicles and turn them into ATGM launch vehicles capable of hitting moving and fixed targets within a range of 6km. The system comes with all the necessary components such as sensor turrets, control consoles, communications hardware, backend software, etc. It enables cooperative engagement among multiple vehicles equipped with the system.
