Chinese air to air missiles

It's already commonly agreed in china that Pakistan cannot keep secrets. Any and every equipment sold to Pakistan should be considered potentially compromised in a timely matter. Thus it would be very unlikely for Pakistan to acquire same missile used by PLAAF. What PAF would get wouldn't necessarily be inferior (though in the case of PL-15E I believe it's the case) but definitely different.

Any rumors on the development of the so-called PL-21 (Sino-Meteor)? There was an image of an alleged ground-launch test that was posted in ~2013, but since there there has been no update.

No Rafale has had anything other than AESA for many years already.

There is allegedly a new SR-IR-guided AAm - some say PL-16 - under development and AFAIK the ULR-AAM PL-20 (?) is also not yet fielded and even more some still expect a RAMJET-powered PL-21.
