Indeed ... the Y-20A has a prominent HUD

, not yokes. The physical HUD is likely not needed here because the projection can be displayed on the simulator's screen.

Although, I wonder if this is a Boeing simulator after all, but it doesn't match any Boeing cockpit image I could find, nor does it match Y-20's exactly. Airbuses are out of the question, since they are flown by side sticks.

EDIT: I found some earlier CAD design images of Y-20's cockpit. The simulator seems to match these more closely.

Google translation from German:-

On 20 February 2023, Innsbruck Airport will be transformed into an El Dorado for military aircraft fans and plane spotters. Around 8 o'clock the landing of a Chinese military transport aircraft of the type Xian Y-20A is expected. On board the machine are soldiers taking part in the Mountain Infantry World Championship. The type, which is hardly to be found in Europe, visited Austria for the first time as part of Airpower 2022.

The Xian Y-20 is a shoulder-wing monoplane with a T-tail. The four-engine aircraft is one of the largest military transport aircraft. Under the wings are four Solovyov D-30KP-2 turbofan engines. The heavy long-haul transport aircraft should be able to be used in almost all weather conditions for military operations, disaster support and humanitarian aid.

The first flight of the machine took place in 2013, three years later the transporter was officially put into service with the Red China Armed Forces. The payload is expected to be around 60 tonnes. Just over 20 aircraft were produced (This is an obvious mistake).
