The Y-20 program will celebrate tomorrow its 6th "birthday". The Chinese military transport aircraft made its maiden flight on January 26, 2013. Today more than twenty serial aircraft have left the factory near Xi'an.

yes but serial production didn't start until few years ago

and yes I believe there is more than 20 units

I think simply the number of confirmed ones plus those we know at XAC on satellite images.
