I saw a report on B.O.N. it reported that China's public security arrested terrorist that were planning terrorist attacks in Sinkiang.

IMO, China's main strategy is not to be involved in the Middle East like the US. China can increase their security against terrorists by using the strategy of "Winning Hearts and Minds" of Muslim minorities in Xinjiang Province. This will make it harder for terrorists to "propagandized" the positive things the PLA is doing in the province.

It's more easier to say than to do.
