Not only USA did not help.
But isn't testing for C19 very urgently required in Italy?
Or are C19 testing all completed in Italy?

Then why and how did USA did this?

Did Dotard send his Marines to steal badly needed supplies from Italy for Murican own use?
Italy agreed?
Down the barrel of M1 Abrams ?

Great that China can come forward to help other nations. China has already rendered support to nearly 100 countries to combat COVID-19. Every country in the world can see that USA has done nothing to help countries and in the last two months or more to bash China whilst China was struggling to curb the spread of COVID-19. Their leaders were so preoccupied with such bashing that they failed to prepare USA for COVID-19. Hence, they are in serious trouble with inadequate testing and containment capabilities. They ignored advices of WHO and their own scientists. Now Trump and Pompeo are trying to put the blame on China for their fiascos. China can only assists those countries who provided support to them in the battle against COVID-19. USA will certainly have to fend for themselves as after all Trump claimed that USA is well prepared and USA has got the best public healthcare system.

Guys to understand why Malaysian CoVID19 cases jump suddenly, all you need to know is 2/3 of the cases can be traced back to a religious gathering that had 14,000 participants with 1500 of them from overseas in close proximity. I will leave this as it is without sounding political or racist

Yep. That's what I meant by not taking more aggressive precaution. Cannot judge whether the religious gathering was an essential or not. Up to locals to judge.

The Trump administration cut a CDC position in China meant to detect disease outbreaks months before the coronavirus pandemic

Until July 2019, the United States had a resident health adviser in China that consulted with Chinese health officials. That position was scrapped,

Sounds like Trump bashing mixed in with American exceptionalism and expanding on the false narrative about China ‘withholding information’.

Anyone who seriously think one American expert on the ground in all of China would have made any meaningful impact or contribution beyond what was achieved by all the Chinese and WTO experts on the ground is deluding themselves.

The only difference might have been if his/her first hand accounts have made American officials realise the seriousness of the situation sooner. But even that seems extremely unlikely, since above all else, the lack of action and attention to the virus threat was above all else the result of political decisions, and not because medical experts in the US were not getting all the data they needed from the very start to figure out how dangerous COVID19 is.

Well this position is not alone; this person trains and heads a team of field epidemiologists and the job is to report irregularities back to the US for early warning to give more lead time for evaluation and prevention development. But I agree that such an early warning report mostly likely would have been dismissed and scoffed at anyway if presented to Trump as a, "this isn't a problem for us yet but it might become one so we should pour money into it for early prevention" proposal.
