And bringing up a European company, their style of management, and the style of management that was adopted by its Chinese subsidiary is relevant how? In a discussion that was about managerial styles of American and Chinese companies.
It is relevant in comparing Chinese and American what to choose when different alternatives are presented regarding how to treat people.

To which I can say its no surprise a Chinese subsidiary of a European company emulated its managerial style, that's not necessarily the case with Chinese corporate culture as a whole.
You just demonstrated the American exceptionalism perfectly. Don't forget that the US branch of my company is as much a subsidiary of European company as the Chinese branch.

You should be equally surprised that the American subsidiary choose not to emulate a more humane and respectful managerial style while some Americans like you still try to claim a moral high ground over people who make the right choice. It is a clear indication that the kind of brutal managerial style is deeply rooted from American culture without self awareness.

In China-Taiwan related news: I thought Taiwanese isn't Chinese? Yet these Chinese-Taiwanese are proudly celebrating their cultural heritage of wearing Hanfu.

I mean the only people claiming that are ones that want to overthrow the status quo with what might likely be ww3. Most of them aren't Chinese, but foreigners looking to "right" historical wrongs (Japan) or ones thinking that a landgrab could reverse a losing cold war (USA).

Current Yoon administration is probably the most retarded South Korean government for sometime. Even though ultra-nationalism has been dominated South Korean politics for a long time, most of the time South Korean government tended to be pragmatic. However, Yoon administration anti-China and pro-Japan policies have been crystal clear from the get-go. But Yoon has the illusion that he can still extract goodies from China and fool China, and China shouldn't and can't object to his anti-China policies.

So I guess, in short the point is everyone should emulate the Europeans?

Well, from my perspective it has its ups and downs for sure.

There's a good chance "Joyce" isn't even Taiwanese. I'm Taiwanese and in recent years I've seen so many people on the internet, typically from India, pretending to be Taiwanese just to hate on China. It's one of the reasons I've become so anti-Indian recently. I remember reading a comment that started with "as a Taiwanese person," only to click on the profile and see a bunch of comments in Hindi. This is not even an uncommon occurrence LOL. I've seen this multiple times.

Talk to Taiwanese people like me or that cute Hanfu-wearing girl in the TikTok in real life and you'll understand our true feelings (you guys are our family)

A new Pew Research Center study on affirmative action released Thursday, as the Supreme Court prepares to rule on the matter later this month, shows that more than half of Asian American adults who have heard of affirmative action say it’s a positive thing.

However, when asked whether race or ethnicity should factor into college admissions, roughly three-quarters of respondents said it should not.

China is not wrong that SK is a vassal state. But calling it a tribute state is wrong, countries that pay tribute to China get perks. SK only gets spanks from daddy.
