No. Watch their actions, not the mouth

Wake me up when Australia leaves AUKUS and the QUAD
I'm talking about the people, not the politicians or the government. The latter will be forever a US bitch. It's just funny to read that kind of article after Aussies were in full "Jai Australia, our high-tech beef, coal, wine & lobsters are irreplaceable" not so long ago.

My older son is 15, he's working a couple of hours (around 12 ) a week in a restaurant, started at 14. Never pushed him to do so but he work with a bunch of friends and it's better than arguing with him to get his a** off the sofa in front of a screen.

I cannot see reasons for him to work to save the economy or the industry sector because of labor shortages. Factories or construction sites are way off limits for teens and I cannot see him work more than that. But for a kid to work at that age for their personnal reasons, I cannot say no.
When I turned 16, I got my first job as a lifeguard in Toronto. You can get the certifications in a couple of weekends assuming you're reasonably fit and can swim. The city paid $20/hr, which is frankly absurd for a highschool student. Private pools can pay even more. It helped me get a lot of my university costs out of the way.

Working in a restaurant is very different from carving beef/pork carcasses apart with banded saw.

More and more Americans are reading the new legislation and actually discovering the threat of despotism and totalitarianism facing them

I repeat, if this goes through, you could be imprisoned for up to 20 years and/or fined a million dollars for using a vpn to access even sites like this one.
This, coupled with recent aggressive moves from NATO and the US and talk of depleted uranium in Ukraine makes me inclined to think that the USG is preparing for world war and needs to clamp down on anti war dissent.
Wtf lol? 20 years for a VPN?

Just wait for the American civil war unfold, then there will be progress being made to that end. The government is not forever but the people are and the people are not interested in dying overseas for the USA for stupid reasons like once before.

A reminder: Tsai's trip to the US will happen this week. The one, and only thing worth noting in that whole story will be China's reaction.

What I have noticed so far is that contrary to Pelosi's trip, this time around, Chinese media reaction about the upcoming trip has been very little to nothing. This might point to no serious reaction from China's side for this trip

This Congressman Matt Gaetz is a fnng asshole but he seems determine to undermine the "core values" of his country's military somehow ending up training the eventual coup leaders in many African countries. Here he is frustrating the heck out of Gen. Langley with his leading questions and downright accusations that US military trains these folks the core values of coup. It's really no different than what Southern Command had back in the days of School of the Americas respectively couping leaders in Latin American countries back in the 70s and 80s and early 90s
