Why do they need to settle the deal with the EU first before China? Can't they do both EU and China at the same time?

It’s Uruguay. EU is dragging their feet at ratifying an agreement after 20 years of negotiation with Mercosur (South American Trade Bloc). Meanwhile, Uruguay is negotiating their own deals outside of the bloc with China and the CPTPP which is causing internal tensions.
Looks like we can expect another coup attempt in Belarus soon.
Plus Paraguay is maintaining diplomatic recognition of Taiwan
More like another Serbia type of conflict.

Or he is doing Biden's work preparing to abandon Ukraine when time calls for it. It sounds better to blame Ukraine for the failure than acknowledge US failure. Didn't the US blame the Afghan government for the American's pulling out?
The "beauty" of democrazy is that one can make conflicting noises and pick the one that suites the time and place when needed, one always being right and always wins.
Would 10/10 drive down to the US to vote for #MAGACommunism... just saying.
