Such a good demo of Chinese history, strategy, mentality. Did not fight until there is no other option. If the car were not there blocking him he wasn't going to fight.

I think 'YES' and the US has tradition of accusing other with unprovided proof. This should ends! If you want to accuse somebody, show your proof, otherwise, shut your mouth up!
The irony is that given the U.S. has spent about $2 trillion on the Iraq war, it should be more than enough to cover any damages.
International law only applies to US enemies, not to the US. ICC investigations against war crimes committed by African/Middle Eastern countries = good. ICC investigation into war crimes committed by the US/Israel/US allies = bad and worthy of threat of sanctions.
