The last video of the F-35C crashing into the South China Sea, said to be sourced from Weibo

"I don't think it's a arresting cable issue

1. In the accident of the USS Washington F-18F breaking the arresting cable and falling into the sea, it was directly plunged into the sea from the end of the inclined deck. During the process, it did not spin horizontally due to loss of control. The photos of the F-35C falling into the sea clearly showed that there were horizontal spins and and large linear velocity before entering the water

2. The impact position that occurred obviously has not yet reached the position of the first arresting cable

3. There is the sound of engine afterburning at the end of the video. The pilot should have noticed that the underline was too steep and could not be hooked"
nice video....

100% not a hook issue...

Probably tried to make a go-around too late and ditched into the water

Either pilot error or the plane had some sort of bug from that flawed software upgrades

It was posted there before but I did not see India being mentioned - lmao, they really think those engineers will even consider relocating to India. One thing though:
Zheng Hua, the former senior director of Micron’s Shanghai Engineering Centre, announced on LinkedIn last week that he would relocate to Micron’s Atlanta operation as site leader.
Hope he does not crawl back when the Chinese exclusion act №2 hits him, lol.

This is a 6-person opinion from MERICS; CNAS (Center for a New American Security); two from GMF (German Marshall Fund); DGAP (German Council on Foreign Relations) -- CFR German branch??; Atlantic Council;

I am new to MERICS but the rest are familiar or sound familiar names, thus I can safely assume they all have the same genes... then imagine one is asking the same pool of talents being hired by whom we can guess... what do they think of ABC issue, the answer will be more or less convergent, hardly any surprise, or sorry to say, matter. If they have the power to decide then thing will grow ugly. But if they only master power of words, then the hard realities will trump their wishes and intentions. Let see how the Transatlantic can cater the real needs of the people. Right now we are witnessing the higher energy costs in Europe... let see how far the Europeans are willing to pay to serve the master at the other end. I think the combination of external and internal factors will shape all of them... the elite in Europe may wish something else but reality will teach them. Again, the energy is a good example!
