About an accident of PLAAF

Would you tell me if it was a true story as they told---November last year,a bird crashed into a J7 engine,that the pilot did not jump instead tried force landing for the sake of safty of village nearby???(the landing failed and the pilot died)

Yeah I heard something like that, don't really recall the full story but he did try to save the jet and get it away from the village

He is dead. The plane exploded when the landing was blocked by a 3 meters high flood dam. He was given the highest military decoration for pilots in PLAAF.

according to the report in internet, one Y-8 PLA plane lost control in 10,000 feet above air of ShangHai on Jan,10,this year, the authurity took emergency artioin, moved a lot of planes for more space in ShangHai airport.
the plane finally landing on the airport safetlly.
