He talked about both. He first says that CODAG can be ruled out, then states the advantages of CODLAG over CODAG, then says that IEP is also doable.
So this next generation frigate is looking more like the Type 057 (or whatever) rather than a Type 054/B.

@horobeyo mentioned that the 054B has abandoned the installation of CIWS on both sides of the chimney, with the number of CIWS reduced to 1 and the CIWS installed on the secondary gun platform. The layout is getting closer to the 052D.

Albeit the 054B at Hudong-Zhonghua has been in the drydock for more than half a year, yet it is either high-fuzzy satellite images or door gate-quality(?) aerial photography, overlooking across the river. In the end, Huangpu-Wenchong is the first to show the 054B's true face.

At the risk of sounding pedantic I expect it will still have 2 CIWS, only one of them would be the HQ-10 (which is also classified as a 'CIWS'), likely above the hangar section like on the 052D/055, instead of the current 2x 1130 configuration on the 054A.

I believe @horobeyo means that the sole CIWS for the 054B being the Type 1130. He didn't mention anything about the HHQ-10.

Although, CGIs by PLA watchers and fans do indicate the presence of one HHQ-10 above the hangar compartment of the 054B, similarly to the ones on 052D.

Yeapp, likely the case ... I'd be very surprised if there is only 1x 1130 without HHQ-10

The question is what version of HHQ-10 will be installed? with how many cells launchers, hopefully 24 cells like 052D

It depends on what he means by "CIWS". Some people describe "CIWS" as only gun based systems like Phalanx, goalkeeper, H/PJ-11 etc, and keep systems like RAM/SeaRAM, HHQ-10 separate.
Other people classify it together.

looks like they haven't cut the holes for windows yet

Very normal for the stage of construction it's at.

No sonar bow?

The ventral part of the bow hasn't been installed yet, and is almost certainly because they intend to install a bow sonar but it is impractical to do so at its current position and height in the assembly hall
