Dunno if it's just me but the painted pennant number looks really weird and off. Not the first time an edited 054B video has hit the internet. I'll take this with a grain of salt...
Highly compressed photo or video has prominent artifacts similar to faked/doctored footages. So the "weirdness" doesn't mean it is fake or not fake.
