In the portu-dutch game it wasen't about the ref, but in the Aus-Italy came it was...perhaps the FIFA wanted to make up the mistreatment of Italy team in the last games in South Korea...

But my seccond favorite aside Spain is portugal...England wont have change (sorry all brittons), their performance haven't been anyway impressive...

You remind me of this one episode of Conan O'brien where they mocked the World cup...

Football isen't so popular in here either, tough more popular than in America...thats becouse we finns are actually the worst country in the whole soccers history. From all the years we have played, we never have reached to neither World cup nor eurocup and we have lost more games than any other country...But pretty much same they said about Eurovision song contest so 2010 the winner is...Lordiland

Germany vs Argentina is gonna be a good match, it's pretty much going to determine who is going to come in first or second in the world cup...
I just really want to see Argentina and Brazil duke it out... two archrivals , just like China and Japan in the 2004 Asian Cups

I can't believe France beat Spain 3-1. I like Spain better than France. Why did that idiot had to foul Henry?! He didn't even have the ball! I wish Germany win the world cup, since it is their home game, and it's actually pretty reasonable for them to win.

All I can say is, I hope Portugal or Ukraine wins. Just because I want a little nation to win and beat all the big favorites. Even though Portugal is good for its size, it's still an underdog compared to most of the other countries. OR maybe an African nation. That would also be a good change of pace. A Cinderella story, as they say in the States. (Maybe they say that in other places to. I don't know.)

As of now, no African team made is to the Finals, it's only the Europeans vs the South American giants now.
It'll be a miracle if Ukraine survives Argentina/Germany, they have a chance against Italy

Too bad rooney got red carded...

I dont really like the italians, they dive better than they play soccor. There was even a training video showing italian players practiving writhing in pain on the ground

Horray for France. They deserved it. All of those guys were veterans. Especially Zidane. He's got heart, as Joga Bonito says. I also wanted to see Brazil lose, because they have been to dominant. They're the evil empire.

But now I want Portugal to win against France because I'd like a little country to beat the snotty Frenchies.
