Itd be much better if it was ferry range that was published. 1200 figure, while a whole lot for a plane of these dimensions and slim form, is still plausible, assuming very, very favorable variables like altitude, lack of maneuvering, small payload and small reserve.

Ferry range is 4,000 km according to this.
