CG or not does not matter. The gif does comply to first photo of #4817. So it does indeed show how the weapons bay opens.I know I myself asked for NOT-posting gifs, but here please allow me an exception since it is a gif that shows how the weapons bay opens..... or is it a CG only?

Besides, from my examination of the gif, I think it is real. Taken from the cockpit of a chaser plane. You can actually see the reflection of light to the camera inside the chaser cockpit at the right 1/3.

Actually there is no reason for any secrecy of FC-31. It is not used by PLAAF. And it is for exports. The more people/country know about it the better. You can't separate potential buyers from potential competitors. Maybe some potential competitors, after seeing this video, will give up on their project and become customers

The shots from a not perfectly clean canopy with a fixed camera angle should be real (just because there is no point to simulate all that). The super clean clips with camera angle changing too quickly are certainly renderings.
I think Deino's doubt about it being a CG is not due to secrecy but more about some fanboy's habit of making CG. CG is not necessarily wrong in depiction of the real thing, but annoying in that they mess up our time tracking of the development progress.
You think too much. There is no point to have this much uncertainty if you plan to export it. The AVIC promotion video is on qq video. Although the subsequent missile firing looks out of place, that could be CG. Most of the close up of J-20 are CG.

The sequence where the doors open is real. However, the subsequent missile firing is likely CG, as many on Chinese forums say.
