Yesterday we got 3 inches of snow instead of 2.....more snow may be coming next week. If these kids in our area have any more snow days or inclement weather days they will still be in school on the 4th of July..just kidding..but they will be in school well into June.

Ahh..that's what happens when it snows. It has been windy the last few days and the snow was of the light fluffy powder variety. Plus I live in a building where everyone is a senior over 55. Most people in our building are living off of fixed incomes and many just don't get out much...my wife and I get out most everyday.

You should come to Canada, like that every winter.
Soon it will be -30C in Calgary for a couple of days without windchill. Probably -40- ish with windchill, that's without a polar vortex.

Calgary is right now -20C, feels like -38C with eindchill. So I guess it should hit -50C with windchill tonight when -30C temperature hits.

Well it snowed starting yesterday afternoon and into this morning. We got 8"inches(21cm). We may get two more inches today....Our normal snowfall for Winter is said to be 31.5 inches(80.cm). Just last year the weather people said 36 inches(91cm) was the normal snowfall....I don't what caused the adjustment.

So far this Winter we have received 39.5 inches(100cm) of snow. Most of which has fallen since January.

Wel now.. We got another 8"inches(21cm) of snow yesterday..that makes our total for this season 47.5" inches(1.2 meters)..and on Tuesday evening thru Wednesday we will get more snow. About 4 to 6 inches(10-15cm) is predicted.

We got six inches yesterday, and it had been raining almost all the week before.

    We needed it.

The mountains Snoww Pack was running about 60% until two week ago and we were worried about the summer...now in several places it is at 150+% and we have another big storm coming in late in the weekend and through next week!

It has been so wet in Houston. It’s been raining on a daily basis for weeks on end. We haven’t seen sun for literally weeks... is this London now?!
