China Competes for Titles in Three Events on 2nd Day of Russia Military Tournament

Chinese teams on Monday competed in three contests at the 2015 Russia military tournament as it entered its second day.
The three contests are World Tank Biathlon races, Caspian Derby and Airborne Platoon contest.
A total of 13 countries participated in the first round of the World Tank Biathlon which is scheduled to run through August 6 in Moscow.
The Chinese team used its own tank, the Type 96A, while the other participating countries used the Russian-made T-72B3 tanks.
The 21-kilometer-long race course for tank biathlon was outfitted with obstacles, including water and gunnery exercises. And the top eight teams will progress to the second round

So there is no fairplay? To me, it is but a minutiae. It is only a game and there is no big prize to give away.
Long story short, Russia is cheating quite a bit in both the Tank Biathlon and the APC competition:
1) Tried to cancel the "floating" competition (something Chinese marines excel at) on the Caspian Sea on the ground of rough weather when the wind was only 2km/h.
2) Removed loading time from consideration because Chinese soldiers were able to reload within 25 seconds.
3) Took a long time to erect the targets for Type-96A teams.
No wonder the champion will be and has always been the Russian team

Deputy Minister of the Russian Defense Ministry Antonov in joint press conference says that the Western countries believe that Russia is isolated, without friends, but a lot of friends in Europe and Asia , as well as Africa and Latin America came for the international military competition, Russia is not isolated.
If the allegations by the reporters are true, then these supposedly friendly competitions are not very friendly after all with the blatant cheating by changing the rules the last minute in favor of Russia so they could win.
That would surely leave teams from other countries in the competition a bad taste in the mouth when the hosting country don't even pretend to be fair. With few more competitions like that, there won't be anymore friends coming the next time they invite other countries for another competition if they keep being a such bad host.

I've got to say the more I hear about this competition the less I take it seriously I mean if the Chinese team can reload faster then good for them, it means they trained a lot and plus this is suppose to be a COMPETITION so of course the Chinese team will try to reload faster than everyone else.
