Russia’s Ratnik-3 ‘soldier of the future’ combat outfit will get a new high-precision sniper round, Chief Executive of the R&D Institute of Precision Machine-Building (TsNIITochMash, the developer of the combat outfit) Dmitry Semizorov said at the ArmHiTec exhibition.

I wouldn't get my hopes up Stalker. Although they claim the R&D is complete they then state they will complete development in 2027 we have yet to see anything more than a Mock up. most of the Article mentions only a new Sniper round.
