Right, that's a rebuild not new construction, do you have any details on their SLEP or upgrades??
Yes it is a Tu-160M

Main difference i keep secret this blog or i have find wonderful things ! for weapons Tu-160M1 have same different of Tu-160M no Kh-101/102 for him
Hypersonic i think Zircon missile but again soon to say

Initilal engine do 25 kn about the new ?

Differences with the Tu-160 (Blackjack A):
- installation of modified NK-32 engines (series 02)
- installation of modified on-board equipment
- Reduction of the scope of underarm equipment for uncontrolled bombs and tactical ballistic missiles type Ch-15S (rebound AS-16)
- extended range of subsonic strategic missile weapon pods with Kh-555 (AS-15C Kent) and Kh-101 / -102 cruise missiles. 2020 would be part of the arsenal of this model should also be a subsonic SD type Kh strategic cruise missile and Hypersonic GZUR strategic cruise missile type.

This is more than evident in recent times with deals with France and China.

What deal did Russia ever have with China, where Russia was purchasing a any military hardware from China, be it war ships or anything else for that matter???

Russia’s Yantar Shipyard launches two Project 11356 frigates
Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!

Russian shipbuilder Yantar has launched the fifth and sixth Improved Krivak-class (Project 11356) frigates Admiral Istomin and Admiral Kornilov earlier this month.

The launch of the frigates was confirmed to Russian news agency Interfax by Sergey Mikhaylov, a Yantar Shipyard representative.

Admiral Istomin and Admiral Kornilov are the final two vessels in a batch of six Project 11356 frigates ordered for the Russian Navy’s Black Sea Fleet in 2010.

The first two frigates in the class, Admiral Grigorovich and Admiral Essen, are already in Russian Navy service while the third one, Admiral Makarov, is expected to be commissioned by the end of the year.

What will happen with the remaining three frigates which are now all in the water (Admiral Istomin and Admiral Kornilov joined Admiral Butakov which was launched in March 2016) is not completely clear.

Their construction was halted in the wake of the Crimea-conflict after which Ukrainian gas turbine-builder Zorya-Mashproyekt refused to deliver further turbines to Russia. Ukrainian refusal to deliver the turbines also forced Russia to postpone construction of Project 22350 frigates and consider selling Project 11356 ships.

Reports said the Indian Navy would acquire the frigates from Russia but there is no official confirmation on the exact number of ships that will be transferred.

According to a RIA News report, India is expected to acquire two of the six ships.

Reflecting on the gas turbine issue, India’s defense minister told reporters in October 2016 that Ukraine had agreed to provide gas turbine engines for Project 11356 frigates once they are in India.
what's probably the most funny is one of the ships just launched, the Admiral Kornilov, "wasn't officially laid down":

apparently its a new build from parts that have been stored since production ended in the early 90's. They will use this new one it to figure out what upgrades to go with when production starts in a few years. so we get to wait....

The one they rolled out is more or less tu-160m1, as FORBIN mentioned above.
More or less like the bombers already in service.
After long period of time, Kazan plant has to prove ability to build such planes.

True Tu-160M2s are much further, since most of their combat(offensive/defensive), navigational and flying electronic components are simply being made anew.

RUSSIA LOOKS TO THE MIDDLE EAST FOR NEW AND RETURNING DEFENCE MARKETS

Su-35-08-UAC-692x360.jpg

Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) brought its marquee fighter, the Sukhoi Su-35 Flanker-E, to the 2017 Dubai Air Show as part of a broad effort to secure new markets for its big-ticket items in the Middle East and to regain entry to legacy markets which had bought Russian through the Cold War.

The Su-35 is

from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which, according to Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, is

for an unspecified number of the fighter. Russia hopes to close a sale by the end of 2017 and, ideally, expand it to “

” Flanker-Es.

However, UAC is also eager to generate interest for the Mikoyan MiG-35 Fulcrum-F, a twin-engine multi-role fighter equipped with the Zhuk-AE active electronically-scanned array (AESA) radar. UAC and MiG are pitching the MiG-35 for its competitive acquisition and life-cycle costs, which MiG claims are 20% and 30-40% lower, respectively, than competing Western fighters.

With a focus on legacy MiG-29 users,

that talks are taking place with more than 30 countries. Bangladesh, India, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, Malaysia and Serbia are among the MiG’s prospective customers.

The Almaz-Antey S-400 long-range surface-to-air missile (SAM) system is making in-roads in the regional market as well, with Turkey signing on recently. Saudi Arabia has also

in the system. For Russia, the S-400 seems to have become its entry-ticket to accessing markets that continue to lean heavily on American and Western European armaments.

In an interview with

, the Director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS), Dmitri Shugayev outlined Moscow’s defence export objectives, citing the Dubai Air Show as a major event. The FSVTS defines Russia’s defence export policies.

Shugayev also spoke of Pakistan, with whom Russia had relaunched defence relations in 2015. The FSVTS head reiterated that the central focus of those ties was counterinsurgency and counter-terrorism oriented, but also suggested that there are no explicit limits to scope of armament sales to Pakistan.

“With Pakistan, we have an agreement now on military-technical cooperation: I signed it on behalf of the Russian government this year. To be specific, we will supply the Mi-35 [helicopter] and we will see how events develop further. Our relations are based on a common goal of combatting terrorism, so in the future I also do not exclude any new export sales.”

Russia is also working to position itself as a factor in the defence industry development goals of its current and prospective customers. At the Dubai Air Show, UAC

We can really see now just how much Russia doesn't mind selling top performing equipment to Pakistan and middle eastern nations (in fact will love to). Despite India protesting years ago and everyone so confident about RD-93 being blocked for JF-17. As soon as China demonstrated it can replicate RD-93 quickly for JF-17, Russia allowed sales. India soon realised the true colours of an "all weather" friend. LOL only idiots will ever believe in "all weather" friends. This goes for China and Pak as well. Strategic interests align every now and then. Unfortunately humans haven't learnt to reconcile our differences and treat each other with respect instead of suspicion and hatred.
