Originally planned to use the intellectual complex for military equipment, but in the future may also spread to civilian purposes.

United instrument Corporation has completed the development and began testing a software system for centralized and decentralized control of a group of robotic systems, which minimizes the human involvement in the control of machines and allows the robots to operate more or less independently," — said the Agency interlocutor.

He explained that the Corporation developed the "brain" will manage heterogeneous robots in the team may include aerial and underwater vehicles, ground vehicles for different purposes. The operator directs the group, and the tasks in it are distributed independently.

Tu-160M2.

Moscow, the new generation PAK-DA bomber design is complex and will take time. Consequently, the Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Yuri Borisov confirmed that the short-term priority is the Tupolev Tu-160M2.

The Tupolev Tu-160M2 should be in production by 2022 for entry into service in 2024. The PAK-DA expected to enter service in 2028-2030. Contracts for the award of the Tu-160M2 program are currently in negotiations with industry. The current schedule, the Russian Air Force (VVS) get at least three lots of Tu-160M2 per year after 2023.

New engine:
The future Tu-160M2 receive the new NK-32 engine series 2. This engine will improve aircraft performance with increased flight range of at least 1,000 km, compared to current engines. JSC Russian engine Kusnesov will begin work on the production version of the NK-32 in 2017 and will produce from 20 to 22 engines per year.

The Kuznetsov NK-32 is a military turbofan low dilution rate with afterburner. Developing a thrust of 55,000 lbf (245 kN) with afterburner, it propels the supersonic Tupolev Tu-160 bomber and was mounted on the supersonic transport plane Tupolev Tu-144LL. It is the largest and most powerful engine ever fitted for a combat aircraft.

Various bloggers and members of Russian fora are speculating that PAK DA in current form could be dead as dodo :D Reason for that would be firstly and foremostly lack of money, and then apparent rise of photon-based radars in next decade, making stealth in X-band obsolete . Reportedly, next generation of radars would use something called radio-photons (more at the link ) , so aircraft considered as stealthy today would not be so stealthy in 15-20 years .

Russia to reinforce Crimean naval grouping by year end — fleet commander
The Project 11356 lead frigate Admiral Grigorovich is completing a cycle of trials and preparing for its passage to the Black Sea

MOSCOW, July 23. /TASS/. The Project 11356 lead frigate Admiral Grigorovich is scheduled to join the Russian Black Sea Fleet and reach Sevastopol on the Crimean peninsula by the end of this year, Fleet Commander, Admiral Alexander Vitko said on Thursday.

"This year, we expect the lead frigate Admiral Grigorovich to reach Sevastopol and the submarines Novorossiysk and Rostov-on-Don to arrive in Novorossiysk, the Black Sea Fleet commander said.

The Project 11356 lead frigate Admiral Grigorovich is completing a cycle of trials and preparing for its passage to the Black Sea, the admiral said.

The Russian Black Sea Fleet has completed forming crews for the Project 11356 frigates Admiral Grigorovich, Admiral Essen and Admiral Makarov, he added.

"All the ships will be manned solely with contract personnel. All the above-mentioned warships will enter service in the squadron of surface ships that has been re-established in Sevastopol," the Black Sea Fleet commander said.

The crews of the small missile-carrying ships Serpukhov and Zeleny Dol built for the Black Sea Fleet in the Volga Republic of Tatarstan have also been formed and started training.

The Russian Black Sea Fleet has also completed the process of forming crews for the newest diesel-powered submarines Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Stary Oskol and Krasnodar, the admiral said.

It was earlier reported that the first pair of the Project 11356 warships would be transferred to the Black Sea Fleet by the end of the year.

"The Admiral Grigorovich and the Admiral Essen will be commissioned this year or at least this is what we expect. The former is undergoing trials and the latter is preparing for them. Meanwhile, the third admiral-series frigate will enter service next year," Igor Ponomaryov, head of the Yantar shipyard, which is building the frigates, said in June.

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov said on the Single Day of Military Products’ Acceptance on July 16 that the Yantar shipyard had disrupted the deadlines in 2014 for delivering the first Project 11356 frigate Admiral Grigorovich. The warship is expected to be commissioned in November 2015.

India, China, Iraq Largest Importers of Russian Military Equipment - Report
Asian countries have become the main importers of Russian military equipment amid sanction imposed by the US.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – India, China, and Iraq have received the most weapons and military equipment in 2014 from Russia’s state-run Rostec company, according to the company’s annual report published on Wednesday.

“The deliveries of military equipment were sent to 59 countries. The company’s main importers were India (25 percent), China (22 percent), Iraq (22 percent), Syria (5 percent), and Venezuela (5 percent). Geographically, the main exports of military equipment went to Asia (75 percent), Latin America (9 percent), and the Middle East (7 percent),” the report shows.

The company’s annual report also reflects that military exports to the former soviet republics have drastically dropped to $370 million in 2014 from $1.5 billion in 2013.

The company fulfilled 9,400 contracts in 2014; that is 54 percent more than in 2013.

However, western sanctions against Russia have raised Rostec's subsidiaries and could diminish the attractiveness of the corporation's projects for investors, the same report read.

"Sanctions imposed by Western countries against the Russian Federation in relation to the Ukrainian crisis inevitably affected the corporation and its organizations. The sanctions are not aimed to affect the corporation but its subsidiaries, since the corporation receives no funding from abroad. The sanctions could harm investment attractiveness of the corporation's projects and the capitalization of its brand, as well as Rostec's profit received from the subsidiaries' shares and stocks," the report said.

The corporation, which deals with hi-tech industrial products and military arms and equipment, noted that US sanctions specifically prohibited US citizens and legal entities from making any new financial transactions and provisioning new loans to Russian (citizens and legal entities) for a period of more than 30 days.

"This prohibition applies to all the subsidiaries in which the corporation has, alone or together with other persons included on the sanctions list, with more than 50 percent of shares," the report said.
