Mig-35 not in service for this year, only a prototype build normaly 30 ordered for a Rgt in service not before 2018 but 16 new Mig-29SMT delivered this year to Russian AF.

Btw, comparing radar performance based on type of array alone is, erm, misleading.
Much less country-wide "know how".

Yeah, but China is ahead of the game in BOTH with the DF-21D and DF-26 ASBM along with the new quantum anti-stealth radar. BOTH programs are progressing steadily and surely. No other country could ever match it. Oh and don't get me started with the success of China's HGV program.

Like I said before in anything: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PROGRAM.

Ballistic missile tech and non-ballistic missile tech also aren't the same things. High end weapons technology is very specific and not usually transferrable to other weapons systems.

It's notable what US aren't in any hurry to increase naval ABM.
Even more notable what despite some buzz in mass media, USN generally keep very modest approach to capability extension, one more or less decided on in mid-1990s, when impossibility of any recovery of soviet war machine became fact.
Degree of menace felt by Pentagon&CIA is better described by their action than anything else.

Making fun of China's ability will not change the fact that the programs are healthy and progressing as we speak. Keep ignoring the reality won't help either.

Excuses are very convenient when one doesn't have a program of one's own to study, research, and build prototypes for testing and further evaluations. Pentagon and CIA lack of actions proves to us that they don't have a viable program going on. Enough said. NEXT!!
