RSS support for sinodefence.com?

How hard is it to add RSS feed to the main site? I think it might help reducing some unneccesary traffic flow (I check the main site once a day for updates).

Well with Firefox you can have a live bookmark, and whenever someone posts a new topic, it will shoow up however it does not take into account for new posts, so i still have to click on a random topic to get to the site.

The main site does not have RSS feed so it can't be added to the forum.

well, if you want to have a RSS feed regarding the update of the main site (sinodefence.com), you'll have to teach me. I have no idea about how to use ASp to generate RSS feed
