Yes that would be awesome Jeff. I'm mobile now but suffice to say my first bird was the Royal Airforces A-400

That would NOT be notable except that there was an F-22 there, aaannnnnndddd, two count em two, F-35 ThunderHoggeII's, Baxie, little turkey, is in Florida visiting Blane's grandma, but the Honey Badger and Mollie went with me to the Scott AFB 100th Anniversary Airshow. My Brother Dan and his son Luke met us on the Airfield, and we had an absolute blast, got too much SUN, it was a drop dead gorgeous day.

Aaannnnndddd I met KLEPTO! the F-22 driver who affirmed all my Raptor intel, (yeah, I could tell ya, but then I'd have to KILL YA!) and that just wouldn't be sweet and brotherly,,, now would it. Suffice it to say 9.5 G's positive, around 6 negative, (nobody wants to do that, or blood vessels etc will be breaking)....

aaannnnddd,, HE LOVED my little Brat saying "ALIEN BIRD" for the Raptor,,,, affirmed that my little Roswell scenario is INDEED 100% True!

No Raptor nor ThunderHoggeII Demo's, but Super Hornet Solo, and the ThunderBirds who were just beyond AWESOME!

On monday we accompanied my grandson, poopeye, to the navy recruiter office. His mom and dad were there also. He's going to Navy boot camp in Great Lakes IL in late July..this summer! He's in the DEP (Delayed Entry Program) since November last year. The recruiter gave him the info he needs for going off to Boot Camp.

I remember my recruiter MMI Benon, bless his heart, told me nothing about navy boot camp. That's how recruiters rolled back in the day. They did not have to worry about recruiting anyone..because of the military draft.

So in a little more than a month poopeye will be heading off to Boot Camp. My stepson and myself took him to lunch a couple of weeks ago to give him the straight scoop on what to expect while serving with the USN. He was very open to what we told him and listened well. He's so blessed because of great parenting and he's a true believer in Jesus...
